Dr. my baby is 10 months and 10 days old and now having fever due to teeth eruption, during such fever am I need to give him a medicine for fever

in vase your child ahs a high grade fever please visit a pediatrician.
for the night you can give paracetamol syrup.. but visit a pediatrician tomorrow morning.
