dr my baby having 4 month 20 days he suffer from stomach infection from last 1 week , after dr medicine of antibiotic of 5 days course , 2nd time I m check stool sample and report got me today ,please check report is it infection minimize and any serious please tell me

A. report shows still there is stomach infection visit ur nearest pediatrician for detailed examination and further evaluation
