Dr. my 3yr old boy weighing 12kg is having cough along with sore throat for last 3days can I give him syp Azithromycin 100mg once a day for three days to him?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics. all infection and illnness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
