dr, I have twin girls..my1st baby is 1 month 6 days old... she doing green color poo last 2 days,and 2nd baby poo is yellow color which is normal. 1st baby poo is this normal, ? why she doing green color poo.. both baby drink same milk

A. it's ok. Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop.also Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools. If green poop with foul smelling than it indicates some bacteria infection...if so kindly Consult ur doctor.
