Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! It is due to constipation(hard stools,fissures the rectum might rupture due to pressure and cause bleeding happens in few of them after delivery.
Have more water,fibre foods(fruit and vegetables) ,dals the fibre content helps in increasing bowel movements avoids constipation,hard stools.
