Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement .
avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation.
you can also give rice preparations oatmeals, curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided.
if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not &njbe interested in having other variety of food.
Important is that you need to give a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age.

as a child is 8 months old,you can prepare different vegetables and fruits puree, porridge, sheera, rab, khichdi ,mix veg soup, homemade cerelac etc
mam ,by the age of 8 months , babies can roll over .
they know familiar faces and voices.
they can react to sound
can start to crawl
can get teething
may learn to sit.
