ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. no. iron drops , anything Black in foods , blood in stools ,stomach infection can lead to black stools , it's serious and needs urgent evaluation. consult with your doctor for examination and treatment for the same as soon as possible Maintain hydration and nutritious diet.
