Does vicks baby rub help for cold and cough??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Common cold is a viral infection of nose and throat. Nasal Congestion and runny nose are the main indicators of a cold. Keep feeding your baby well, give indirect steam or use humidifier, put saline nasal drops. You can prevent it by keeping your baby away from the person who is suck, wash your hands before handling the baby, clean baby's toys and pacifier often. Yes, you can apply vicks baby rub on chest, back and sole of the feet.

Apply baby Vicks and give indirect steam
To clear nose use buddsbuddy nasal aspirator to clean babies blocked nose. Its good and works softly on babies nose.
Massage mustard oil infused with garlic and carom seeds
