AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi dear Antibiotics do not decrease breast milk. It can effect ur health. So it is always better to discuss with ur doctor before u take any medicine. It should be told before hand that u are breastfeeding mother so that the medicines are given accordingly.
