Does The silicone nipple cover protects from sore nipples, I'm a mother of a 1 year old baby, he bites everytime while feeding. Kindly help.

You can apply himalaya nipple care cream or homemade ghee, Which will help Heal the cracks.
avoid regular feeding if baby bites, and feed only when really hungry
