Q.

Does sour foods like pickle,lemon, tamarind affects breastfeeding?? does it decreases milk supply or it can be consumed in moderation? Please reply

A. Dear ma’am, you can consume all foods but yes moderation is the key. Individually these foods doesn’t affect the milk supply but they do impart flavour into breastmilk which some babies might like and some may not and feed less or refuse.

A. hi mam please take in moderate manner because more oily and spicy food decrease production of breast milk and also degrade quantity of breast milk. please include green leaf veggies and fruits in your diet. please Include natural probiotics and dairy products in your diet
