#ParentingClinic #Constipation does ragi caused constipation. my daughter is 10 months old and I give her Ragi as break fast but she is having constipation problem

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. No, Ragi won't. Try to add some veggies or fruits in your preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate. give sipes of water after each solid feed. Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 2 children6 years agoA. know if Ragi is given as soft for and not drive food then it will not cause any constipation whatever food you are giving to your baby should be soft and semi liquid as baby is very small to digest dry food keep baby well hydrated
