Q.

Does practicing yoga during breastfeeding reduce breast milk eventually? I've heard a lot of people saying so.

A. hello yoga is infact good and it does not reduce the milk secretion and you can try taking lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using abpa free bottle like Babyhug which is safe
