Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children6 years agoA. The main usage of maternity belt is to keep ur stitches intact. However it also helps in bringing back ur tummy to form. But you cannot see a major transition. For splendid results u shpuld start working out after six months of delivering the baby in case of c section.
