A good balanced nutritious home cooked foods and drinks is sufficient enough to promote adequate weight and height appropriate for the child's age. As he grows involve in sports, stretching activities which would help in height gain. And also children's height is determined by the parent's height (it's the average of mom and dad's height) but nutrition too has an important role in supporting the growth.
