Does Parle G biscuits causes constipation? m gvng with a little mix of milk,but she has constipaton so do plz recommend which biscuits should i prefer for her.

Dear Mamma, at six months start with one meal and increase by one meal each month and a half till you reach three meals and two snacks. Please offer fruits and varied healthy nutritious well balanced home cooked meal without maida salt sugar honey and chili.
Just one meal at six months and biscuits are to be avoided even for adults as it has maida, chemicals and sugars.. Please give healthy foid
