hard stools is a common and due to the digestion process of baby. For immediate relief if pain and is crying due to hard stools u hav to use glycerin suppository. Long term best way to rectify constipation is diet change. U shud give fibre rich fruits/pulpy fruits like mango apple puree pear n green leafy vegetables palak brocolli etc. Give fruits mix in milk as shakes
