Q.

does milk cause constipation? If we dilute the milk with water,then ?? Is Adding jaggery to milk or formula milk not good for babies and kids?? will it become poisonous?? please help

A. avoid jaggery in milk . avoid dilution give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician

A. Your child is more than three years old you don't need to give formula made to the baby anymore you can give normal milk to the child and you can definitely add jaggery if you want but there is no problem adding sugar and milk supplement
