ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. It is indicated daily twice for few days. Avoid longer use. Breastmilk with a good latch, your baby can stimulate the breast properly to release milk and the more milk that is produced. The closer together breastfeeds are the higher the fat content of breast milk and the more milk that is produced. Start shatavari kalpa twice daily with a glass of milk. Also mother diet effects the milk production. So have healthy nutrition and good sleep

SantoMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. No issues you can have.. Try to have cooked garlic atleast 10 pods a day. Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, mutton, carrot, oats, almonds, have plenty of water, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective.
