Q.

does inserting tamarind stick in baby anus helps reducing constipation and is it good to use or any side effects?

A. you shouldn't do that if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare. he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly. if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician. formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.
