A. No. The complexion of the baby is determined by the genes. External factors only have a temporary role in it. If both the parents are fair, child will most likely be fair. A new born appears fairer since they have less melanin in their body at the time of birth. The effect of procedures like incubation or phototherapy are temporary and the baby will get back her original complexion in a couple of weeks.
