A. yes as you are giving iron supplements to the child it can lead to black coloured stool.

A. Hi parent Vitamin b supplements or iron supplements do so. But don't worry Keep her hydrated Don't.use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
