A. a myth . avoid cold climate, cold winds. give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby. indirect steam , hot water bath will also help. consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases. post illness babies might be cranky , irritable. nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position. feed by spoon otherwise. Maintain hygiene. if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections.

A. It's a myth infact it's rich in vitamin C so it helps in cold and cough. But the only thing is that it should not be sour so just check before giving it to the baby. Also if you add a pinch of salt turmeric and give it will be much better

A. hello, eating orange at the right time might not lead to any cold or cough. If you feed orange to the baby in the evening or morning, then it may lead to cold and cough. also, if the baby is given cold water on it, it might lead to cold and cough. so feeding the right way at the right time is essential
