Does eating ice cream while breast feeding causes cold & cough to baby?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. no it does not m have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect for breastfeeding mother. . you can have all the fruits , nothing to worry about. infact mild variety of flavors that baby gets in breast milk , helps in easy acceptance of baby foods in future most important of all maintain good hydration. drink lots of fluids to avoid constipation in this period. continue taking calcium supplements.
