Samidha MathurMom of 2 children8 years agoA. hi, no soap neither any cream can enhance or improve the complexion of any person weather be it a child or an adult... colour complexion of a body totally depends upon the genetic level.. it also depends upon the number of melamine which is present in our skin cell tissues... but yes the colour complexion of a baby gets changed Till the age of 2 years... you will definitely notice the change by itself..
