For treatment of rashes , avoid diapers altogether. maintain hygiene. expose the area to air. consult paediatrician if rash spreads, or is painful and pus filled. diaper rashes typically occur due to fontact of ammoniacal substances in urine with skin for longer time. also stools mixed with urine add up to that. hence creams ,oil serve as barrier between the two. also check that diaper is not too tight. also provide some diaper free time to your baby so that skin gets some air.

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. Ezinapi cream is effective for rashes. Apply coconut oil every time when you put diaper. Allow diaper free time everyday least few hours. Avoid diapers if there are rashes and let it heal.
