does coconut water causes cough and cold?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. it's unlikely. it's rich in minerals Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children7 years agoA. hello dear e no coconut water does not cause cold and cough in the babies in fact this is a one of the very healthy drink just take care it should not be much cold it should be at room temperature then there will be no any harm of it you can definitely give it your baby while he is having hole cold and cough in fact it will keep your baby hydrated
