Q.

Does cabbage reduce breast milk ? If I use cabbage leaves to reduce milk... can reproduction milk for next baby ?

A. Dear Mamma, applying cold cabbage leaves in your bra does reduce breast milk and will not affect your supply for the next baby. Unless you are pregnant now of course. But why are you wearing so early? Natural weaning age is seven years The longer you breastfeed the better for you and your baby physically emotionally and financially. Please continue to breastfeed as long as baby and you are comfortable.

Q. #BabyHugAskTheExpert sir i had oversupply of milk during first month after delivery and my baby was always choking while feeding and i had engorgement issues so i used cabbage leaves to relieve engorgement. but during my 5 th week onwards my milk supply decresed so much and my baby not getting enough. i had stopped using cabbage leaves even before that. amis it possible that my milk supply will dry up? what should i do to prevent breastmilk drying up. please help
