Hello ma’am I don’t think so it is an early sign of liver but if you’re having urination frequently then I think it is due to a urine infection so it would be better that you consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same because back pain in all a very common when you’re due date is approaching but it is definitely not a sign of labour. But still I would advise you to consult your gynaecologist wants to be on the safer side
