Does Breast milk contain Vitamin D. I heard my friend saying it does not contain and she gives formula milk at times in a day for her baby.

Hence need to give vit D3 drops

Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.give vit D3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl6 years agoA. It is not so your breast milk comprises of everything whatever your baby requires all you need is to make sure vitamin di supplement is to be given to the baby vitamin di is basically in very low quantity even if it is present in any food
