Does baby cry non stop after getting vaccinated??? He’s crying non stop??? What to do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times pegr day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophdob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
but don't over dress your child.

try to offer comfort through gently Patting or rubbing his back.
try to divert baby's attention by giving toys .
or you can take him in your arms and roam in house for distraction.
try cool pack on Vaccinated site which helps to cure redness, pain, irritation and swelling there.
