Does antibiotic syrups cause more sleep in 8 month baby?

A. Sometimes yes depending upon the antibiotic that you are giving it can have higher amount of paracetamol which is why the child can sleep for a longer stretch and at a longer duration or the sleep timing increases which is common with some antibiotics
