Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children5 years agoA. not very much helpful, it will be better to do some regular daily exercise or some yoga.. you can do surya namaskar, that is good to start with.. also take care of diet, avoid oily and spicy food, restrict sugar intake, avoid tea and coffee instead take green tea..
