does a child lose their appetite during teething?

A. it might happen Drooling.Swollen, bulging gums, visible white below the gums, Irritability, trouble sleeping,trying to bite, chew on everything are commonly seen symptoms.
massage gums with clean finger, cold cloth.
give teether.
freeze carrot sticks and give them to baby to chew on .
avoid any medications unless prescribed by your paediatrician.

A. Yes they do. Teething phase is very painful and irritating for them and hence they become cranky and have less interest in food. Give them baby different flavours and textures. Give crunchy food like frozen carrot sticks Popsicle etc

A. Yes it is very common and natural for children to lose your appetite Malathi think I would recommend you to give your baby some homoeopathic medicine for this apart from that you can give natural appetisers
