Q.
does 98.7°F is consider as fever or not??? yesterday in mid night my baby temperature was 100° F.. so i gave him a paracetamol.. when in morning i cheak him again and his temperature was 99.7.. so now i gave him ibuprofen three times a day.. now by afternoon his temperature is 98.3°F and 98.7°F respectively... does i should consider this as fever or not??? or can i gave him any other mmedicine???

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. temperature above 99° considered as fever if your baby is having fever you can give calpol drops apart from that you can give meftal p also but you should consult your doctor for same
