#doctors my 3years old toddler poo 3- 4 times in a day ..what is the reason..and what remedy I can give to him .. please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is 3 years old going motion 3 to 4 times in a day it may be some time because of some in digestion or some chronic infection accordingly you need to consult your doctor
