Doctor why do new born babies get small pimples in hairs and all over body...please say mam

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it us not necessary to have as my daughter has these but my son don't have that time. better to evaluate once with doctor and also massage your baby with almond or coconut oil. take care
