Doctor told me not to give any type of milk to my son . Is it ok ?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Yes until one year cow, buffalo, packet milk is not suggested because babies can't digest animals milk below one year.
So until one year you can give breast feed or formula milk along with semi solids foods thrice a day rest of the day milk.
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, porridges, malts,idly, dosa,roti,kichdi are suggested.
Avoid sugar, salt, oil use ghee, cheese, unsalted butter while preparing baby foods.
