Q.

Doctor says my baby has 2 cm hernia and surgery will be required for it. Please suggest what do it. Also, can hernia increase because of crying? How to stop hernia? it's really painful to see surgery of baby. I am really worried

A. you can always take opinion of a secondary pediatric surgeon and if both the surgeon gives the same opinion that surgery is required then it is advisable to go for surgery because hernia does not have any treatment with the help of oral medicines
