Doctor please suggest medication for stomach infection or Diarrhea 🙏🏻 Baby is passing stool like water and vomiting

A. hello mum you need to consult with doctor personally for the medication after the proper checkup of the baby and along with that give your baby ORS for coconut water Glucon D to keep him hydrated you can also give him Rice Water sabudana water banana this will help to recover soon
