doctor please suggest me i drops for eyes infection which are going on these days for my 2 month old son

A. The child is too small I will not advise you to give any medicine or take any medicine without consulting the doctor you can consult your paediatrician or an ophthalmologist according to the problem that is there currently can only guide you to clean the ice regularly with warm water
