Q.

Doctor my son has wet cough from few days..and it's not getting down..lot of home remedies also we tried..he is having disturbed sleep due to that.. cough is during day as well as night..what is the effective medicine and doses??

A. just steam at home. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .
