Doctor my son age is 18 months can I give palm Jaggery in milk daily

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello yes you can add it and give it for the baby which is absolutely safe as it is rich in iron content and just make sure you are using the organic palm jaggery which then should not be a problem as you also would get adulterated one which is not a right option
