Doctor my son 3 year old is suffering from fever tell me how much paracetamol dose I have to give him . It is 250 mg . He is 11.01 kg

A. hi no please don't give Medicines by own you can give it as per doctor's prescription or as per instructions given on packet. keep your child well hydrated give sponge bath to reduce the temperature dress your child lightly
