Doctor my kid is 20 months old, and sometimes we give them ice-cream or they eat chocolate, so should we give them alpandazole, if yes when should we give and how much

A. But Ice cream and chocolates are completely normal to be given to a child it is not necessary to give a medicine after that it’s not healthy also I would like to tell you what ever sweet you are giving to the child should be definitely in a moderate quantity then there is nothing to be worried about you brush teeth before you put your child to sleep it would be better
