doctor my daughter is 10week old and she had white patches on her thigh and elbow is it permanent?? is there any treatment

It should probably be due to dryness and nothing else so I would just recommend you as of now to apply any good cream or lotion and if it is not helping you get a check with the paediatrician as this could be due to deficiency of calcium or some fungal infection
