Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as a child is taking formula feeds ,it is normal it happens because of iron supplements of formula but if there is mucus in stool ,child is feeling low appetite, irritability, frequent stomach pain etc then please visit your pediatrician
