doctor my baby is having viral skin infection. doctor told it spreads from child to child. I forgot to ask is this viral skin infection spreads from parent to child?

A. viral infection can easily move between adult and kids and vice versa. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth and good immunity
