Q.
Doctor my baby is 9 months 25 days old. he has some cold symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and garrrr sound in nose..my pediatrician before suggested me to give maxtra drop in this condition..but now he does not pick up my calls and I am in another place. please suggest me can I give maxtra drop to my baby..if I can please tell me doses now his weight is about 8 kg...he is suffering from weather may be please help me please

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. at present give ascoril flu drops to the baby 0.6 ml 3 times Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
