Doctor my baby is 75 days old.He is on exclusive breastfeeding.his body temperature is flactuating through out the day like 98-99.3. In evening time the temperature gone 99 above.it was happening before some days.then temperature didn't gone 99 above in evening time.then i stopped check temperature.but today I was checking temperature and it's 99.2 in evening.then after 45 minutes it comes to 98.6. before i was doing his blood and urine test. the report was normal.but he has low hb like 10. what's the problem doctor?why this happening? after 2 days he has vaccination.what to do doctor?Is there will be any problem to take vaccine.please tell in detail please.
